At implicit, every order is prepared with care before it begins its journey to you. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed through our website.

1. Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges, including eligibility for complimentary shipping, are determined based on the order, delivery location, and any promotional offers available at the time of purchase.

Any applicable shipping charges, or eligibility for complimentary shipping, will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

From time to time, we may revise our shipping charges or introduce promotional shipping offers. Any such changes will apply only to future orders.

2. Preparing Your Order:

Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after successful payment verification.

Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

During product launches, promotional events, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand, additional processing time may occasionally be required. If this happens, we will make reasonable efforts to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

3. Delivery Time:

For most serviceable PIN codes across India, estimated delivery is within 7 business days from dispatch.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including weather conditions, transportation disruptions, public holidays, regulatory requirements, remote service locations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

You will however be able to track your packaging using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication channel together with tracking information, where available.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after your order has been handed over to our delivery partner.

5. Cash on Delivery Orders:

Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, we may verify your order before dispatch through a phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or another appropriate communication channel.

If we are unable to complete the verification process within a reasonable period, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

6. Delivery Information:

Please ensure that your delivery address, contact details, and other information provided during checkout are accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for delays, unsuccessful deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Delivery Attempts:

Our delivery partners may make one or more delivery attempts in accordance with their standard operating procedures.

If the shipment is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, we may contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Additional shipping charges may apply where applicable.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control:

While we make every reasonable effort to deliver orders promptly, certain circumstances may delay processing or delivery. These may include severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, labour actions, government restrictions, public holidays, technical issues, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

We appreciate your understanding should such circumstances arise.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments:

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery or the expected delivery date. We will work with our delivery partner to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a suitable resolution in accordance with our Refund & Replacement Policy.
