Ectoin® is a well-studied stress-protection molecule used in skincare. S.H.I.E.L.D. includes Ectoin® at 1%, the concentration supported by our supplier efficacy data, so Ectoin® can play a meaningful role in the formulation rather than simply appear on the ingredient list.

S.H.I.E.L.D. is formulated as a lightweight, non-greasy gel-cream and includes ingredients such as niacinamide and Zinc PCA, commonly used in routines for blemish-prone skin. Individual responses can vary, so patch testing S.H.I.E.L.D. before first use is recommended.

Yes. S.H.I.E.L.D. does not contain retinoids or exfoliating acids and can be incorporated into routines containing vitamin C, retinoids or exfoliating acids.

Where applicable, compatibility and preservative efficacy testing are also performed to help ensure product quality throughout its intended shelf life.

Once checkout is completed successfully, you should receive an order-confirmation message through the email address or phone number entered at checkout.

Opened or used skincare products are generally not eligible for return because of hygiene and quality-control requirements.

An exception may apply when the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise covered by the return policy.
